Registration is open for the 2026 Thunderhill Instructor's Clinic. This is a two-day instructor-focused event taking place on the 2-mile west side course, December 5th & 6th. Whether you are just curious about instructing, would like to tune up your instructing skills, or are interested getting your MSF-2 certification (or want to serve as a mentor), this event has something for you! I hope you all are having a great summer!
Two quick things of note:
1) Sergio Keusayan has been kindly hosting this Instructors Mailing List since inception TWENTY YEARS ago. His hosting provider has recently discontinued mailing list support, so Sergio and I have transitioned the list over to a mailing list server I already run. The transition should hopefully be seamless for everyone except me, but please don’t hesitate to ping me if you see (unanticipated) weirdness.
BIG THANKS to Sergio for keeping this community together for the last couple of decades!
You can continue to send emails to BMW_Instructors(a)bmwccainstructors.com or BMW_Instructors(a)lists.bmwccainstructors.com as usual to reach the Pacific Region Instructor Community.
2) Registration is open for GGC’s Advanced Solo + Data school on Friday, August 21st at Sonoma Raceway. We only have 30 spots available at this event and are about 1/3 full right now, but it is CRITICAL for the future of GGC’s Driving School Program that this event sells out and is clearly and unambiguously successful.
Please encourage advanced drivers you know to join us for this very special event, ESPECIALLY if they would benefit from data coaching as well - it’s a rare and wonderful opportunity that very, very few programs provide.

This Sonoma event is key to our plans for 2027 and beyond so please help us fill! Making this event successful opens the door to hosting joint events with SoCal chapters as well!
